We booked Chalet Jasmine in Verbier through Esprit Holidays also known as Total Ski, Total Holidays, etc. The kitchen facilities were appalling-tiny and very dirty. Our chalet boys were well-meaning but untrained and unsupervised. The food was very mediocre and at times, barely edible. The chalet itself was described as being up a steep path but nonetheless within walking distance to the lifts. A big lie--the place was up several very steep levels of steps up a hill -unsalted, rendering them extremely slippery. The accommodation was very cramped. Our party of 12 could barely fit around the table. Bedroom space was inadequate. My daughter's bedroom was no more than a windlowless closet. The company have ignored my complaints despite detailed evidence and photos. They seem to have a history of this. Beware.
