When we first arrived in our appartment we were put on the 1st floor and woke up with 32 cockroaches running around our room, it was disgusting. We had no hot water and no lock on our room door! When we moved onto the 9th floor where the reception was it was nicer and a lot cleaner. Tour Operator: excel
